My nail tech was incredibly professional and gentle, and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails came out flawless—super neat and beautifully shaped. You can really tell they care about quality and client satisfaction. Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly. Kind regards Thank you

I had a wonderful experience at BOA in Riverlands Mall on Saturday, 27 September. The staff were warm, professional, and very accommodating. I had requested poly gel for my nails, and they kindly made arrangements to assist me. I truly appreciated their kindness, effort, and excellent service. Such a lovely experience with Claudine .was treated to a hot cup of coffee while having my nails done ❤️and so happy with my nails had a manicure done with halaal certified 786 nail polish.

Fantastic experience… the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the setting is warm and inviting … had such a wonderful time! I left feeling prettier, energised ..yet warm and fuzzy ❤️ thanks luvies my skin feels amazing, my nails look good again and my feet are soo soft! Definitely seeing me again 🤗
