I enjoyed the experience from beginning until end. The decor itself was cutesy and the space was airy and very clean. The ladies were so lovely & we enjoyably chatted the whole time. I wanted a simple french manicure and the lady who did my nails aced it. I was also able to also have an informative convo about how to reach my nail goals. The lash installation from Priviledge was also lovely & I'm so in love with the set. The atmosphere was so relaxed that I fell asleep a few times. Overall, 5 out of 5!

I had such a lovely experience at Silk Beauty! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The space is clean, calm, and beautifully set up. My nail tech was incredibly professional and gentle, and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails came out flawless—super neat and beautifully shaped. You can really tell they care about quality and client satisfaction. I usually have decent experiences at Boa. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately today my gelish french bubbled and I didn't receive and acknowledgement, apology or offer to redo the 3 bubbled nails.

The only issue I have with franchises is that non-regular customers often receive subpar service, and the difference in treatment compared to regulars is noticeable. That definitely needs to change. I was also disappointed that my appointment wasn’t picked up from the system after booking online, which caused an unexpected delay. Thankfully, the receptionist saved the day by finding me a slot to get my nails done. Thank you! 😊

Finally! I have been unable to find the perfect colourist since moving to Cape Town two years ago, until now that is. Ronel is fantastic and definitely knows her way around BLONDES. I had a hair makeover done and I am beyond satisfied with the results.
