I had a great experience. Zitha was friendly and acommplished my vision for my nails. With my treatment, I failed to select the "French add on" but was accommodated which I appreciated as it was my error for not add it to my original booking. 😊. Happy Client.

Much better than the Claremont branch. There was more finesse in the way Zikhona worked. Definitely changing my branch of choice. Highly recommend Zikhona for French nails.

The experience was good- much better than the Claremont branch! BUT why is your range of normal polish colours so limited? I prefer soft pinks and no pink shade is available. This may well force me back to Sorbert- unfortunately

The experience at Rondebosch was great as usual. Anesu always does my nails but as she was not available today, Thandokazi did my pampers. She was absolutely 💯 amazing. Megan are Tara are awesome and very professional always. I would like to give some feedback with regards to product availability. As French is very popular, one cannot simply have four ladies using the same bottle of product as there was only one bottle. It is unprofessional to disturb one another and they have to place some product in foil. It's not very professional for clients. I stopped going to Cavendish.

Always a great time at Boa Claremont! My sister and I had the soft gel tips and gel toes done. Zizipho and Atu did an amazing job on our nails and we are extremely happy!

Always Great experience. The lady who did my nails was amazing and professional. I do think that the nail techs should concentrate and focus more on doing their jobs than talking to each other about things not concerning work while busy providing a service. They talk way to much and it affects my time.This is my only problem I have with BOA Claremont.

I walked in at the Claremont branch looking stale and boring..I floated out on cloud nine feeling and looking absolutely amazing! Leslie was so patient when advising me about the correct length and colour for my hair extensions. She transformed me into a totally new, happy, confident woman. Charmaine did my lashes, I felt no pain, no anxiety and the result was remarkable. I am going back soon for slimming treatment. The entire staff compliment overall sweet and patient. It was worth every penny spent! Thank you to all at Be-Dazzle Glosderry Park.

Nonceba was absolutely amazing. Also glad to see the friendly receptionist from Claremont as part of the Plumstead staff. Officially will be moving branches, love the new plumstead branch.
