Perfection! The salon is the perfect size for people who suffer social anxiety in large places. The noise level is perfect, not silent and foreboding or loud and interrupting. The staff are warm welcoming and knowledgeable. The service is wonderful complete with coffee. I'm definitely going back, as are all my family. My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

Just got back and omg what a brilliant time I had definitely coming back loved everything about this treatment. Alaine is such a beautiful lady and so friendly and professional. Felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. Alaine explained everything to me and spoke in such a professional manner. I am delighted that I recieved such a high quality treatment. Nathaniel has been creating my styles for years now, all I need to do is sit down and tell him 'do what you like' we have a discussion, he snips away and I always come out with a slightly different perfect look. Nathaniel has great ideas and knows what suits the customer. I'm always happy with his ideas and creativity. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)
