Even though it is not necessarily an "alternative" salon Sibel totally embraced my vintage 60s/70s vision and really went for it, which I really appreciated! I had such a great experience at Brockley Rise. All the girls were so friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference, especially since I’ve just moved to London from the other side of the world. It can be really daunting trying to find a new salon, but the Chloe who did my hair was incredibly reassuring and made me feel completely at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my first appointment at Peckham’s Best. Monica is exceptionally professional, pleasant and kind. Despite my tardy arrival at the salon, she welcomed me warmly and started work on my hair, swiftly and skilfully taking down my braids. She detangled my natural hair so thoroughly and gently, gave me a fantastic scalp massage at the shampoo bowl as well as a great conditioning treatment that left my hair feeling soft and nourished. She then gave me the perfect cornrows before Eni installed and styled my wig absolutely beautifully. Thank you so much Peckham’s Best! I’ll be back!
