Excellent in every way! Kathrin was amazing. And really listened to what I wanted but also suggested new ideas. The whole experience was first class and I will definitely be returning. This is the best salon I have found so far in West London. I have super curly thick hair and she knew exactly what was needed instantly. So impressed!

This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

This salon is consistently excellent. Today I went for my highlights, toner and blowdry and the prices are excellent for such a high end establishment. The service that I receive from the moment I walk in the door is outstanding and the entire team are true professionals. I always come out with hair that looks amazing, having had highly skilled stylists working on my hair. They really are specialists, and can do any job with hair to a high standard. The pleasant and friendly team always make you look and feel great, and I will always return to Orange Chat for my hair.

I've been unable to find a hairdresser that I'm comfortable with for years. Tried Orange Chat today and had my hair cut by Amber - she's absolutely lovely, listened to what I wanted and gave me some tips on caring for my hair too. The girl who washed my hair and the guy who styled it were also lovely, took their time and did a great job. For the first time in years I left the salon happy, I'll definitely be back and would recommend 100% 😊

Anya is very skilled in what she does. Had my haircut then my daughters. We really liked it! She will take time to ask you what cut you like and will also ask midway the process to make sure you are happy. She also gives you choices and suggestions as to the cut and style. The salon is also clean and well maintained. Shall be going back again next time! I’m glad i came across this salon as I really was looking for one since I arrived in London.
