I've always walked past the salon and never thought of popping in until I need a trim real fast. On my arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff member, my wait time only felt like 5 mins, I was then greeted and serviced by a lovely lady by the name of Emily. Who did wonderful job at washing and trimming my hair. The one thing I loved most was the blow drying, Emily took her time in sectioning and blow drying my hair due to having Caribbean textured hair. I will ber rebooking again in the future.

If you want a top tier haircut and banter Ben is the person to go to. Always leave the place feeling brand new, would always recommend Ben whether you have long, short, fine or thick hair. The person to go to within Birmingham.

As usual an all round good experience here. It's easy to get to, friendly staff and good service. I don't live in Birmingham but travel here to get my hair cut whilst having a day out in Brum! Prices are very reasonable too

Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

Very professional, as always, but in a comfortable way. Lovely coffee and does exactly what I want each and every time without doing something which wouldnt suit me, work for my hair. Ant is clearly experienced in this field and the salon is lovely, everyone is welcoming and its an easy location to park at considering its central birmingham. I travel from Tamworth and its always such an easy route. I also have very thick hair and normally takes hours to highlight/dry but Ant has been doing this a while which means he has the ability to be swift without cutting corners. Recommend to anyone.

I had a lovely time at Tandis getting my hair cut this morning. Niloo did exactly what I wanted, whilst keeping up friendly chat. Other staff were happy to join in too. It’s nice to be greeted by big smiles and waved off in the same fashion. I’m looking forward to my next haircut.

Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. Molly was so welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. It was my first time at Pickles & Co. I booked with Lera because I saw her work online and thought she would be a great fit for me, I was right. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and offered suggestions and shared her experiences with having a similar hair type. She was really lovely to chat to and made me feel comfortable throughout. She talked me through everything and discussed every step to make sure I was happy. It was a great experience going somewhere new. I will book with Lera again and recommend her to anyone. A lovely salon in a nice area too.
