It was my first time today and am really pleased, I've had my eye brows tinted and shaped. As a 56 year old, they really needed some filling in and the tint has achieved a much fuller brow without being dark. I shall definitely be going back : )

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had a luxury pedicure with Donna. She is lovely and welcoming. She is brilliant and gives a great foot massage. Would highly recommend Donna she is very professional and is brilliant at what she does. Donna also waxes my eyebrows for me and she gives them a great shape I really like the way she does them for me. See u soon Donna ❤️

I had my brows ombre done with Sandra and I’m so happy with the result. She was very professional, kind and patient throughout. I was quite anxious at first because it’s permanent makeup and I wasn’t sure if I really wanted it. Sandra suggested starting with a brow tint and shape so I could see how it might look before deciding to choose permanent brow tattoo She explained everything clearly and never pressured me, which helped me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone what a lovely lady!

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.

Amazing experience as always! Went for my second LVL lash appointment with Victoria and I am obsessed with the results!! She is always so welcoming and friendly. I have always struggled with the look of my eyebrows. Having very bushy brows growing up and then plucking them to the point I hardly had any hair, I have now got the brows I have been dreaming off for ages! I feel so much more confident in myself since visiting Callie. She makes you feel so welcome and listened too in her appointments. Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

I couldn't be happier with my experience getting my PMU brows. From start to finish, the entire process was very professional and comfortable. Sandra took the time to design the perfect shape and colour, explained every step in details, ensuring I felt confident and at ease. The studio was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere. My eyebrows look natural, perfectly defined, saving me so much time in my morning routine. If you considering PMU I would highly recommend Sandra.
