I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

Had lots of treatments done today, half a leg wax, armpits and upper lip. Hayley made me feel really comfortable! I had HD brows and LVL lashes, first time I've ever done anything to them and Hayley made me feel great about it! Explained evey step of the way and found the perfect shape for my brows. Such a friendly, professional lady, and the environment is so calming.

As always Hayley is very welcoming and just puts you at ease. She has a very gentle way about her that would put even the most nervous of ladies at ease. Hayley manages to make waxing a pain free experience, she pays attention to detail and turns my previous memories of waxing from being sticky afterwards to being one of feeling nice and smooth. Hayley is also helping me reshape my lockdown eyebrows and after years of the same shape I'm looking forward to new eyebrows that will suit the me now. Highly recommend Stacey. I was nervous and not 100% sure however she spent time with me beforehand, roughly marking out the shape to give me an idea. On the day she talked me through every step so I knew what to expect. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. She also makes a lovely cuppa. I’ve since booked in again for another treatment as I was so impressed and comfortable. Highly recommend Stacey especially if you are a little nervous.
