I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Abi is always so friendly and makes me feel relaxed, I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I feel like she knows me, there is never any pressure to do more or less. I have been happy with all the treatments that I have had and I know if there is ever a problem, she will do everything to help resolve it, luckily there never is 😃

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Very thorough injury assessment and amazing treatment put me through the full works. Mobilisation is so much better and pain reduced significantly post-treatment. Thank you so much. Kerry xx

Excellent session with Sophia today. As an elite athlete training daily, recovery is essential and I hadn’t had a sports massage in a while. This session made a noticeable difference. I left feeling significantly looser and better prepared to continue training. Sophia was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout. I’d highly recommend her to anyone serious about performance and recovery.

Been going to Claire once a month for a while now and my body always feels better for it. She listens to any problems I might be having with sleep, back and shoulders in particular and works these areas well for me. Wish I could afford to go twice a month!

10 out of 10 Very knowledgeable 100% would go back, my neck and upper back feel great after one session and even had exercises to go away with Thanks Sophia

I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. I can honestly say I have never had a treatment like this before and will 100% be rebooking! Also have to mention the new clinic in Stoke. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much :-)
