I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

The very best experience at Flow . Highly professional. Very kind and friendly ladies, who make you feel extremely welcome . Cathy talked me through the whole treatment and after care and what to expect . Cathy text me in her own time to reassure any concerns I had and provided great advice . Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

Discovered Forbes No.2 on the Fresha app and booked last minute for intimate waxing. I was nervous as had a few bad experiences with different places. This lady was amazing, put me at ease, we chatted throughout and I have now booked in regular appointments through summer. It’s good to find someone who works evenings and weekends when you are a shift worker!!

She carries out treatments with care and expertise- I had the hydra facial, which was an absolute treat. Reanne talked me through each part of the process, so I was kept informed of what to expect and what the benefits are.
