There was soft music and even a small fireplace, which made me feel relaxed. The practitioner was professional and explained everything step by step. The treatment was quick, smooth and painless. I always look forward to having my hair done by Millie. She is such a lovely, polite lady who makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you sit in her chair. She always makes me laugh, and it genuinely feels like you're having your hair done by a friend. The whole experience is so relaxed and enjoyable. I'm always so pleased with how she does my hair – she really listens to what I want and always delivers fantastic results.
