I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

I came to see Michelle for a last minute elite dermaplane facial and from start to finish she made me feel so welcomed and reassured with what she was doing. I had originally came in feeling quite tense and a little stressed out, but all of my tension and worries went away, not to mention my skin feels incredible, my makeup has glided on this week. Friendly staff with great attention to detail. Jamie fixed my fringe without me asking and without me really knowing what was wrong with it! Lovely head massage. Massage chairs and cat two lovely added bonuses!

My 2nd visit to Pin and Pose and I have been so impressed both Tim’s. Caroline is a lovely lady. Very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Have to be honest Caroline does one of the best inverted bobs in Plymouth. Definitely now a regular customer.

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Will 100% be recommending Kresh to friends and family and have already booked in again for my next facial.

I've just had my first xanthelasma treatment and it was a fabulous experience from the very start. Consultation before treatment was excellent and very informative. The treatment was clearly explained so I was thoroughly prepared and knew what to expect from the fibroblast pen, the staff are awesome, friendly and highly skilled. Would definitely recommended, hence the five stars.

Any treatments you have with Kresh are to die for. So professional and gives advice when needed. I never really felt the benefit of a facial before coming to Kresh but the difference it has made to my skin is amazing. Five star treatment as always xx

Lovely consultation

Hayley is the best nail technician I’ve ever had - 12 years in London using some of what were dubbed the best salons and she’s head and shoulders above them! I always have a great experience at Ugly Betty’s - great staff, well priced, clean and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone in Plymouth trying to find a one stop shop!
