I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Nicole was really friendly and welcoming, as a first time client I instantly felt relaxed. The salon itself was a lovely space with low light and mood music which set the scene perfectly. The massage was fantastic and the facial was lovely. Nicole recommended after treatments for my next visit to focus on my problem areas and I have come home and rebooked already!

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! Feel at ease as soon as you go into the salon, very relaxing atmosphere love the heated blanket underneath you on the massage table. Love that you can mix and match the treatments, Nicole is very friendly and professional will be visiting again soon
