The hair wash was so gentle and relaxing, and I was genuinely impressed that you used both a detangling leave-in conditioner and a heat protectant. What also stood out to me was that I was asked about my preferences throughout the entire appointment instead of anyone making assumptions. Nezia asked which products I normally prefer to use, whether I wanted gel before it was applied, and checked with me every step of the way.

Although I had initially booked with Lufuno, I’m so happy Minehle did my hair. She was kind, professional and incredibly gentle throughout the appointment. I absolutely love how my sew-in turned out plus she gave me some great tips on how to care for it. I also loved the salon itself, the atmosphere was beautiful and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. I travelled all the way from Cape Town just to have my hair done here and it was worth the trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️
