Today was so exciting. For the first time in my life, I was able to do a hairstyle using my own hair with no extensions involved. On top of that Tapiwa is back which is exciting. I really want to take this moment to thank Anne and the team for always delivering an exceptional service. I had a lovely experience at Aneric - each customer gets their own individual treatment room where you can either relax and watch your favourite show or movie on the salon’s tablets or join meetings in a quiet space. My natural hair was unplaited, detangled, washed, blow dried and trimmed with care.

Karina is the best stylist, so is your staff My greatest concern is the gate that has not been working for the past 3months, That poor guy having to manual open the gate for clients on rainy and cold days, That guy is human, you are putting his life at risk , so is your staff , plus clients who are having to wait for the guy to manually drag the gate , for them to come in , even on cold and rainy days this is abuse of power , It's been more than 3months, I am a regular client at your salon , clearly you are not even close to fix the gate because u feel u have a slave poor security guy

I came in with hair that needed styling to my preference and Nomthandazo understood the assignment to perfection! The salon is l super clean and tidy, the receptionists were also very friendly and the price was very affordable. 10/10 would recommend and I plan to be a frequent customer. (Bryanston branch).

Mmabatho is the best I have had so far, she was very gentle especially with my sensitive cuticles. She paid very careful detail to the shape and made sure to check in often if I was happy and comfortable! Definitely coming back for a refill.
