I booked Patience but I was assisted by Susan who was exceptional in taking care of my hair and appointment as a whole. She was later joined by two other ladies for the braiding, Thuli and someone else all of whom took good care of me. If there is a way of amending this rating under Susan, that will be awesome as she went above and beyond in the 3 hours I spent at the salon ❤️.
