It was a first time for my daughter and her aunt doing a spa day overall and they absolutely loved it. The ambiance was relaxing, clean and soothing. The technicians were completely professional, inviting, informing and interactive. For a first time experience they were relaxed and had alot of fun and laughs. I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. This was my first time visiting Bodyscape for a full-body massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From booking on the website—which was quick and easy—to arriving at the spa, everything was seamless. The customer service was excellent, the facility was spotless, and Matthew truly worked his magic during my massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier massage experience. Definitely a 10/10 for both the service and the spa!

Matthew was a very good masseur. However I would have preferred the more traditional instrumental spa music, rather than the R&B Jazz that was played. It’s less relaxing.

Always asking if your ok if you look a little distracted....love that. The hair service exceeded my expectations — professional styling, excellent care, and a beautiful finish. I enjoyed my time. They started with me a little late but that thought was quickly eradicated with the excellent service that I received. Renecia was extremely friendly, polite and attentive. She made me feel extremely relaxed, and she targeted the areas in which I expressed discomfort. She was very professional from beginning to end. I will definitely be returning but with company.
