My hair is now thicker and more healthier since I committed to her services. She actually cares about your hair and give you detailed instructions on how to care for it , the specific products for your hair type and she tracks your progress. The ambience is mentally calming. One of a kind experience , you walk out feeling like a celebrity ❤️

I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. I had an excellent experience from start to finish! She greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcome. She took the time to walk me through the service at each step. She was incredibly professional and genuinely friendly. She takes pride in her work, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and wants to leave the salon “soft , sleek and styled”

The process was seamless. Her assistants were great and very professional, plus I love that I was able to do 2 services and wasn't stuck at the salon for the entire day. As usual, Nicky is very knowledgeable, and she provided the necessary guidance to take better care of my natural hair.
