First time bikini waxer here, I was fearful of the service but I 10/10 recommend, Bella was AMAZING. Very professional, clean, neat, informative and most importantly, very gentle! I was surprised at the absence of the pain I expected. If you have anxiety like me, she doesn’t rush you or the service so you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back for all my waxing needs when I come to do my facials. Thanks B

Absolutely one of the most relaxing facial experiences I’ve had! From the moment I arrived, the host at Smooth Body Lounge was warm, professional, and attentive. She made sure to ask about any allergies before starting, which made me feel truly cared for. The ambiance, the service! everything was top-tier.

I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. Danelle was very polite, friendly and professional. I’ve been to many different places to do my facial and none of them ever took the time out to ask me what my goal was as it relates to the service I was doing. I loved that she took the time to get to know my skin care routine and why I chose the service I was looking to get. I felt very comfortable and even fell asleep at one point
