I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. I was asked every step of the way if I liked it and wished to continue, wanted to change anything or simply saw what I wanted coming to a reality. I was comfortable and relaxed through it all. My hair wasn't being over manipulated and my scalp was treated so gently. My neck wasn't all over the place or hurting throughout the appointment. I definitely will be back soon.

I forgot the name of my waxologist. She wore a white top and had on a curly hair wig. She made me feel like a friend while offering the service. She wax and dont judge 🤣🤣 she apologize for the renovation work that was being done even though it didn't affect my service. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

My massage therapist Brianna did an awesome job paying special attention to my areas of tension. I felt like going to sleep right after the session! I also did my nails, the chair was quite relaxing offeing me a back massage for a few minutes. I did not get the name of my nail tech but the job was also well done.

The music in the background was relaxing. The staff was welcoming and polite. My feet feel good. The girl who did my pedicure took her time and I liked that she massaged my feet. I never had a paraffin pedicure before, the heat effect was good. My sister said her pedicure was wonderful, she loved the jelly stuff in the water. I didn't know that the chair had a massage functionality until the girl asked me how did the massage chair feel but it wasn't on. I told her since it wasn't on in the first place she didn't have to turn it on. I guess that would have further enhanced the experience.

Not all the hairs removed from the wax itself.. but she was pleasant nonetheless..... Had a terrible experience the day before where I got to the salon and sometime after that I was told that because the lady was waiting on me for 20 minutes that I had to reschedule... kindly note that I when I got there the lady with a client. I left n told the front desk lady that I'm going to buy sumn so she should call me when the lady is ready. She called at 5:45 I got back before 5:53. How is tht 20 minutes???? I found that to be an insult to my common sense. (Disclaimer: different esyhetician)

The service received at TerAnDas was beyond expectation. She listened and then wow you 👌 ... it's just awesome!! For all our hair, nails and makeup, my family and I always visit TerAnDas.

Great experience and friendly staff…the only salon I’ve been to in Portmore where you get complimentary snacks and tea to keep you going through your appointments. Would certainly recommend!

Amazing as always!!! My hair is back to being healthy and im always comfy in the clean environment!!!
