I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

This was my second visit to this salon, and was equally as fantastic as the first visit! Chanelle gave me the best massage I could have wished for, helping to ease the discomfort in my back, with the most perfect pressure. I left feeling revitalised and relaxed 😊

This was my second time going to Bleu Beauty and i've had great expereince both time, the staff are so friendly and chatty and welcoming. They do a great job on tidy up my eyebrows without any problems and the atmosohere in the salon is so relaxing and looks great. I've already recommended my mum and friends to go and they love this place too :)

Got my lips done by this lovely lady with my mum earlier and we both love the results and are unbelievably happy, on top of that the lady was so friendly and welcoming talked us through everything and was just a honestly just a lovely person to chat to we ended up talking for ages about life ect by the time we had our lips done we was fully relaxed and ready , was giving little cute aftercare bags , would 100% recommend and will definitely go back ❤️
