Very good. I took my fiance there, it was her first spa and it was a perfect place for a first time. The sauna’s were nice and so good for my pores. The hot/cold pools were so relaxing and got rid of a pain in my back I’ve had for a month. The two fella’s were super lovely too.

Absolutely loved my time at Core Revival today. The girls who work there are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. They guide you through the recovery process and make the whole experience feel easy and relaxing. The feeling after just one session is addictive — I just keep wanting to come back! Kirsten is so lovely and has truly built a little piece of paradise. Highly recommend Core Revival to anyone wanting to feel refreshed, supported and completely looked after.

Kyra provides a warm and welcomimg space. I had the shirodhara treatment which was extremely relaxing and very much enjoyed the experience. I look forward to returning to Kyra and the Ayurveda journey.

What a beautifully , nurturing experience. I found Kyra in 2023 and have received few different treatments with her. All have been such an intentionally created and heart opening experience. If you’re looking for a practitioner who can help you feel calm, and relaxed again - Kyra is your girl. Immediately you can sense that you’re in good hands with a truly kind, experienced and warm human 🤍 The space feels warm and inviting, and safe which encourages relaxation and the ability to switch off which is a challenge for me! Will definitely be back 😌
