Friendly staff, brand new normatec, an amazing finnish sauna and plunge pools big enough to move around in. The attention to detail in the design of the space is evident, the lighting is relaxing and beautiful, and the areas feel both private and friendly.

Really clean beautiful place! I noticed one person using the sauna without a towel, and there was some sweat on the bench, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful rooms. Enjoyed the sauna and ice baths. Did not love the scented sticks in the bathrooms as I m sensitive to essential oils. But otherwise a great experience. Staff very helpful and supportive, and offered discount as a member at synergy performance gym.
