I really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. I especially loved the sound bowl session at the beginning—it helped me relax and get into the right mindset before the massage. The therapist was highly professional, attentive, and skilled. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t talk much during the treatment, allowing me to fully unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I felt completely refreshed afterward and would definitely book again.

The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

I had a reservation with Aslam, but upon arrival he mentioned he hadn’t checked the booking and had already taken another customer. He asked me to wait an additional hour and did not offer an apology, which left me extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. However, Zeeshan stepped in and efficiently provided the services that were originally booked. I appreciate Zeeshan’s professionalism and support, though the initial experience with Aslam was very unsatisfactory.
