The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

I want to note the amazing work of hairdresser Guli. She was professional in choosing the color for my touch up and was attentive to all my preferences. Hair was done to perfection, which is rare with my curly hair. Nails were also executed perfectly. Ladies were friendly and professional, courteous and kind. It was a refreshing experience.

Overall experience was good but improvements can be made. Plus points are good offers, spacious layout, no delays in getting treatments and nice staff. Things to improve on is better cleanliness (there was a few used tissues next to manicure chair and the hair wash chair had hair strands and water spots). Also the spray used for washing hair is too strong and sprays water over the client's face. It would be nice too to offer clients some tea or water.

Shireen is an exceptional hair stylist, this was my 2nd time, she prefects hair color plus she is excellent at hair cutting, she consults and asks questions , making you comfortable when deciding on the hairstyle. I highly recommend her as I am a very picky person when searching for a hair stylist

Haircut was great, the dresser knew exactly what i wanted once i gave her a quick brief. My waxing lady was phenomenal, thanks Saba. I went after a year for a full body and not an ounce of pain was felt. Will make this a regular for sure.
