All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Had a great experience today having my lashes and eyebrows done by Ciara. She is such a lovely friendly young lady who is very skilled in her work. She managed to fit me in for eyebrow wax and tint when the other beautician was off sick. I would highly recommend Ciara

Just had my classic lashes infill with Kelly. They look fantastic as always. The salon is clean and welcoming and Kelly always does my lashes perfectly. Highly recommend Kelly for lash extensions, I would not go anywhere else.

I had a lash lift with Emma today. I always thought I didn’t really have any eyelashes- well Emma has worked some kind of magic because now I have lashes!! Took about an hour which flew by as we just chatted away. I was nervous about having my eyes shut and not be able to open them but Emma put me totally at ease and honestly it was just a lovely hour of pampering! I’m 100% booking this treatment again!! Another amazing experience with Emma. I had my brows microbladed by her 6 weeks ago so came in for a review and then a lash enhancement which has turned out even better than I was hoping. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Excellent service, will definitely come back again the Luxury Pamper Package that included the luxury mani & pedi, luxury facial with steam, brow shape tint and lash tint and full body massage was just WOW!! I was soo relaxed throughout. Janet took care of my nails and Smita took care of my facial, massage and brow and lash treatments. It was a bargain for £250, I saved almost £90.
