All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Amazing as always had my third RF micro-needling with Suzanne she’s delightful knowledgeable professional and friendly. 360 degree clinic has become my clinic of choice as they have a range of treatments not just the latest for face or under eyes (salmon dna) but for the body such as oxygen therapy and wellbeing options such as nutrition, blood tests that also include early cancer screening blood test to name a few. It’s a well rounded clinic and I highly recommend to all.
