Lydia is an incredible eyebrow professional, I was quite nervous before my first appointment and worried my eyebrows would be too dark but the finished product was absolutely perfect! So natural looking, comfortably lasted five weeks and they've really helped my complexion look more lifted and clear. Will be a regular customer 🙂

I’ve been going to Laura since 2018 for lashes, brows, facials and there is no one else I would go to. She’s friendly, welcoming and makes you feel relaxed. The treatments she offers are so good and I’ve never had a bad once since I started coming to her. I would 100% recommend Laura and if she ever stops doing this, I will cry!!!

I had a facial booked with Stacey, I had lost my Mom the day before (not unexpected) and had almost cancelled. I didn’t and I’m so glad I went. It gave me an hour of just being able to be in my own thoughts with no outside noise just peace and tranquility. It gave me peace in that hour. I’ve had eyebrow wax and lash and brow tint with Tamar a few times. She is very professional, always makes me feel welcome and does a great job. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a fantastic eyebrow tint & shape with Carrie. My eyebrows look the best they have ever looked, perfect colour and shape, that lasts. The salon is spotless and very relaxing and Carrie’s is friendly and warm. Highly recommend!

Amazing lash lift - have over the years been to 5 different salons in Harborne areas for lash lift treatments and they have been rubbish or just okay - Donna however did an incredible job - professional from start to finish and my lashes look fab plus for the first time ever having my lashes done didn’t sting because she took time to make sure each stage of the process was done correctly. She also gave me a choice of doll like dramatic look or softer lift curl - again never been offered this choice or had the difference explained to me - cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough!
