She’s incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always recommending the best treatments for my skin. Danielle takes such care and pride in her work, making her the best skin specialist in London, Ontario. Not only does she provide top-notch services, but she also sells the products you need to maintain your care at home. My favourite product so far is the Elta MD facial moisturizer with SPF. Great !! However... I did request brow lamination and lash lift and tint. Not a brow tint and lamination. I feel like we were knee deep to say anything at that point but you did a great job and they do look amazing just a bit darker then I figured considering I wasn't supposed to get a tint on brow ! 😉

Shannon is the best!! She is very professional in a clean, beautiful, in home spa. I went for lash extensions in the first place, had those for a while and later changed into lash curl and tint. All very well done. I always leave happy!!

Beautiful in home salon. Very neat and clean. Shannon is very professional and knows what she's doing. You can also tell her exactly what you do and don't like and she'll listen. I started to come in for lashes, which were done perfectly. But lashes, although I love the look, were not for me and so I started to use the growth serum and after, lash tint/curl treatments. I am so happy every time it's done!

it has been over 3 years since i’ve first started seeing Hailey for my lashes, and there is truly a reason she is my one and only lash tech. Hailey is so funny, kind and welcoming, even from day one, she is so gentle and looks out for your best interests, whether that’s explaining how it all works or allowing me to pass out on the lash table for a nap!! it’s a no brainer going back to Hailey (and Rosie obviously), we love you girl!!

I've tried many salons in London but have been going to NailBiters for a while now and refuse to go anywhere else! My regular nail tech is Dong and she is fantastic at what she does- always taking her time to make sure my nails are perfect! Highly Recommend!
