Beyond the results, the whole experience is just amazing. It’s like a peaceful little escape in the middle of the city where I can fully relax, be pampered, and forget about all my stress. I always leave feeling completely recharged. I truly couldn’t recommend Shan enough!

Desmond was excellent in articulating his ideas and skillset by explaining in details what he planned to do for me. The end result came perfectly as what he has shown me. I love my new hair style and will definitely come back to look for him. The only star left for improvement is the dressing table area @Dempsey may need improvement. I definitely don't like the "natural" wood finishing, it does look kinda cheap, which made me lack of confident when I stepped into the salon. The ambient @Tanglin branch at least feel a little classy. I absolutely love the extra massage after washing my hair.
