Great throughout, took time to understand what was causing my injury, then carried out an assessment on the moving parts and treated from there. Absolute pleasure to chat with and a really interested guy that is heavily involved in sports treatment in many different ways, meaning he has a great understanding of a variety of injuries.

Went to Jack for an ultrasound after rolling my ankle. The treatment I received was excellent! Jack went through an assessment, and explained the treatment process very well. 3 days after I have noticed the swelling has gone down a considerable amount and I have much more range of motion.
