I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

I had the most wonderful massage and facial today, and I can’t recommend Polly enough. As a new mum, this was my first treatment since giving birth, and it was exactly what I needed. I felt completely relaxed and cared for. Leana was such a brilliant massage therapist. I had been having pain and tension around my neck and shoulder with my five month old baby and the serum with her really made a difference.I particularly liked the assisted stretching therapy.
