I have had problems with my shoulder and neck for years which resulted in terrible headaches and joint pain. I'm not keen on taking medications and regular massage never helped the problem. Melvyn was fantastic in making an assessment and talking me through the treatment process. My shoulder is much better and my joints overall feel more relaxed and the best news is no more headaches. I really enjoyed my full body massage. Henry is really good at using different levels of pressure. I have a lot of knots, which can be painful, but Henry adjusted the pressure in such a way that it was less painful but still worked on repairing the muscle. The pain in my lower back also improved lots after this sports massage. Thanks and I will definitely book a session again.
