The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

During london trip, my husband is suffering really bad aches on neck and sholder. But only 1 hr massage at L&R SPA, pains are released and his neck and sholders become so soft so that headache and chest pain released. I book the service in really short notice but L&R SPA. This is my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage with Dimple Amani, but needless to say I will definitely to going back. Lindsey at Liberty is very professional and meticulous in performing her magic in shaping and sculpting. There are certain areas in your body that you will feel more pressure than others, but the pressure applied by Lindsey is just right to make you feel relaxed after the whole treatment. The miracle tea that you get after the treatment is just the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a relaxing me time.

I’ve had two lymphatic drainage body massage sessions with Adriane, and I’ve already noticed a real difference. My body feels less bloated, lighter, and more sculpted after each treatment. The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

I had my first emsculpt neo treatment at the body edit and had a fantastic experience the therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment and what to expect results wise. This was my third micro needling session with Kush and was another amazing facial. He started with a deep cleanse and enzyme peel with deep tissue facial massage, then the microneedling which was super relaxing - no pain at all!
