I’ve been coming to Phillipa for almost 2 years for my monthly massage. It’s the only way I’ve found how to switch my brain off for the hour and it’s the most relaxed I could ever feel whilst getting my R&R massage. She’s so gentle and her home studio is so welcoming and it’s just such a beautiful environment to help unwind and relax.

Fantastic experience as always, so relaxing and chilled environment. Electric blanket made it very cosy and the Indian head massage was 5 star. Gillian used gua sha on my face and scalp. Could have fallen asleep for hours after it ! Thanks Gillian 🥰

I’ve been seeing Philippa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her lymphatic massages are amazing — she has such a gentle yet powerful touch and a deep understanding of how the body works. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated and tense. What I really appreciate is the professionalism and genuine care for her clients. She always takes the time to check in, listen, and tailor each massage. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I cant recommend her enough!

Was feeling a little under the weather before and so I was sleepy and very relaxed thought out the lymphatic drainage. Lovely relaxing music, a heated blanket, darkened room and Gillian’s expert touch. Would recommend.

Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.

I saw Phillippa for massage just before and just after completing the West Highland Way and Ben Nevis. She is a truly lovely human who made me feel immediately comfortable and she clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She also gave me the best massages I have ever had (and I've had plenty!). She manages to get exactly the spots that need it and I left feeling better immediately. I wish I could bring her back to Australia with me!

I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough! Sheida was so sweet, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is absolutely stunning and such a lovely, relaxing environment to have your nails done in. Sheida was efficient and didn’t take forever, but the quality of her work was incredible. These are genuinely the best nails I’ve ever had, and I’m so happy with them. You can tell she really cares about what she does and takes pride in her work. Such a lovely place.. so welcoming. Got lovely cup of coffee and biscuits and had such a relaxing experience. My nails were beautiful too and done quickly and at a very decent price.

A wonderful head Spa. Felt very taken care off from the robe to change into, to the lovely green tea and biscuits whilst i got my blow dry. The massage was perfect. Lovely staff. I will Be back 💞💞💞
