Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Tanya. I walked in full of tension and walked out feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced. Tanya is amazing at what she does — honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

I had a wonderful full body massage. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The pressure was absolutely perfect—firm where it needed to be while still incredibly soothing. Another incredible massage. The craniosacral massage is literally the most relaxing massage I've ever had. I am not usually very good at relaxing but I am so relaxed with this I fall asleep. So amazing. Camille was amazing as always, thank you ☺️
