As a regular client, every massage with Les is different. Each one is effective, gives my body what it needs, and somehow manages to both release areas of immobility, pain & tension, AND leave me feeling relaxed. My muscles need a firm remedial massage yet my body bruises easily. Unlike almost every other RM practitioner I have used in the past 20-odd years, Les always delivers on both - a firm, effective massage that does not leave me bruised. It's rare to find a practitioner who can adapt their style to what is needed.

The Vichy shower and massage were amazing. The products used smelt beautiful and were gentle on my sensitive skin. After a full body exfoliation, I enjoyed the vichy shower jets. The massage was heavenly and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to my lovely therapist...I felt truly spoilt.

A treatment with Les is always beneficial. I have no significant issues but often manage to twist myself a little so I have a regular remedial massage. Prevention rather than cure. Going back a few years Les pointed out that my legs are slightly different in length so that explains a lot, he was able to show me in a photo he took. I have found that Les likes to vary treatment sometimes and I am always open to his intuitive practices. Another treatment that has been great for me is Lymphatic drainage, that has reduced swelling/puffiness in my wrists particularly. Highly recommend Les

Amazing massage by Les! I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was fantastic. Les was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and noticeably lighter. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best spa experience I have ever had. I have had many facials and get massages often but this was beyond doubt the best I’ve ever had. My therapist Nicole was a supreme professional, she made me feel comfortable straight away, she was friendly and welcoming and her massage skills were beyond compare. I felt like a million dollars walking g out of there! She is an asset to Rae’s and I would absolutely book again with her next time we’re here. From the moment I walked in the door felt very welcomed by all staff The chairs where you get your hair washed are so comfortable and relaxing Sarah did my hair for a wedding I had no idea what I wanted she was so helpful in suggesting styles that work for me .i was on tight time schedule that she also was accommodating on .
