I had a manicure and gel pedicure with Francesca and as usual she did a brilliant job. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she took real care to make sure everything looked perfect. The finish on both my nails and toes is beautiful and very professional. Francesca was also friendly and made the whole experience really relaxing. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again soon.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better nail tech 💅✨ Jodie is incredibly creative and always brings my ideas to life (even when I’m not 100% sure what I want!). Her bubbly personality makes every appointment such a fun, relaxed experience, and she’s so easy to chat to 😊 She pays attention to exactly what you’re after and makes sure you leave feeling happy and confident with your nails every time! I had a wonderful pedicure today at Nail Plug. The new shop is beautiful and very well equipped. I had an amazing pedicure, that included a fabulous foot and leg massage, whilst sat on the best massage chair I have ever used. My skin feels so soft and smells delicious. I also had gel polish applied and my toes look lovely. Lovely, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to my next pamper there. Highly recommend.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Kendall for the last few years, and I can honestly say that after trying many nail technicians in the M30 area, she is by far the best I’ve come across. Her prices are very reasonable, she has an amazing range of colours to choose from, and her nail art is fantastic. On top of that, she’s such a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you meet her. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional nail technician ✨💅

Loved my experience at Aura. Laura is a professional, conscientious, kind, personable and very approachable technician. I felt involved in the nail process: she check to see if I was happy with the work a couple of points during the appointment - something that I have not experienced at other places. The nail bar and equipment was very clean, and laid out beautifully. I am really looking forward to Laura taking care of my nails in my nail journey as they grow from stubbies to stilettos.

5 * as always, I honestly feel like I’m with family when having my nails done and always happy with the results. Now my mother-in-law has decided to have her nails done ( with me every 2 weeks) and also loves not only the chitchat but the service too.
