Excellent as always! This is a great recovery session which leaves you feel refreshed, lighter and energised. I’ve been visiting for over a year now and have notice a big difference with bloating. It’s perfect for post workout/ Pilates recovery. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Bodyroll for a few months and definitely feel the benefits and notice when I have to miss a week. My legs feel lighter and my skin feels smoother. Triin provides an excellent space and is knowledgeable and welcoming. She also provides excellent care both during and after (if needed) ensuring that you feel safe and confident throughout the session. For 45 mins, it’s like being part of the most welcoming club and it’s also one of the few times in my week where I feel like I can fully switch off and connect in an increasingly unique environment.
