I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

I got a long massage starting with my legs. I have numerous small troubles over my body and this stretching, turning massage made me feel the hole of my body in a new way. If you’ve never had a Lomilomi massage before then you have never experienced a massage like this! I was made to feel very comfortable the whole time and on reflection felt like I was being embraced and cheered on by a tribe of powerful supportive women. Thank you!

I had the hot stones along with the top to toe massage today, Catey explained how by using the stones it was possible to reach deeper into the muscles. It really did make all the difference! I've been having massages with Ellie for a number of years now, but what really impresses me is how Ellie is constantly developing her (already considerable) skills. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care coupled with a mini-workout!

I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. A sense of calm envelops me even before I arrive, knowing what a blissful two hours I have to come, and how that feeling will continue throughout the day. I love that no two sessions are the same as Nat uses her intuition to give a healing and spiritual massage that leaves me feeling deeply peaceful. Lomi-Lomi is much more than a massage. Catherine is fab in all aspects of what she offers and I’d highly recommend her to anyone. I’ve had a range of treatments over the years ranging from waxing, nails, lash extensions, massages, reflexology and more! And ive never been disappointed.

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision.
