I had a 2 hour top to toe massage today again with Caty. After weeks of stress while grieving for my late dad, I decided to book in the day before his funeral and I'm so pleased that i did. Caty provides the best way in which we can have some self care time and everyone these days has so much stress in their lives. I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

I want to say a big thank you to my dear friend Catey. This wonderful human has massaged me today and even though I was screeching at some of the knotted bits she was manipulating, the hot stones and oils have left me feeling incredible. I didn’t fall asleep as we had too much to catch up on, but I could have done. I budget and make time to get my nails done every month, and I will be doing the same with the massage. This is life giving and she was able to help relieve the pain in my right leg and lower back. I promise I will be back xx

I had the hot stones along with the top to toe massage today, Catey explained how by using the stones it was possible to reach deeper into the muscles. It really did make all the difference! I had a hot stones all over body masage that my daughter bought me as a present for mothers day couldn't have wished for a better massage it was amazing I suffer with lower back stiffness and after my massage it felt like I had a new back definitely helped free my back up I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a massage it was that good I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back for future massages thankyou Catey

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them.
