I love my weekly roll sessions. I highly recommend it for investing in yourself and seeing the huge difference it can make on so many levels. Physically and mentally. My sleep is better along with my recovery from exercising which it has aided so much as well.

I had serious odd symptoms on my face of which the normal healthcare professionals are not so concerned. These are anyways causing me discomfort and interrupt my daily activities. She did the detective work in the spot, and work through the process intuitively supporting me to find solage. The massage turn to be a real comfort even if she found some very painful areas in the upper back area. And also, she gave good advice how to continue to enhance the healing process. .

After my 3rd physio appointment started to feel back to my normal fitness. Over next several weeks I think will gain strength to strengthen with my running.

This was a present and my first visit to Ellie for a deep tissue and hot stone massage. Ellie was well prepared and professional and had read my health questionnaire which I had completed when booking online. Her room was warm and comfortable, the bed heated and I had a thoroughly relaxing massage with Ellie spending more time on my tense shoulders. Her business is located on the furst floor of a converted victorian school building (seems to have a variety of small businesses based there) with a receptionist ,lift access and with ample free parking . Definitely recommend.

Second time now, Ellie is amazing, will be going back. Will spread the word to others.

Just another fabulous 90 minute session. Well worth the money and another set of techniques used to sort the body out. Thanks Ellie.
