I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. Have been going to Bodyroll weekly for a few months now and cannot believe how much my mobility has improved! I have Fibromyalgia and was feeling like an old woman but bodyroll has literally changed my life. I was also suffering with my right hip and couldn't walk up/down the stairs properly, it was so bad I was referred for an xray which revealed nothing but I'm.now fully mobile and the only thing I've done is Bodyroll.....I'm.feeling lighter and very much more flexible! Love how this makes me feel...thank you Triin!!

Trinn was absolutely amazing. Explained the machines in great detail and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole 45mins. Loved the Bodyroll experience and will definitely be back. would highly recommend.

I have been having massages with Ella for a few months now for problems with my neck and shoulder I find her very professional and knowledgeable . The difference the massage has made is amazing and I am now a convert! Love to new premises too !

Lovely new premises with spacious rooms. Street parking easy. Grace kept me well distracted with conversation whilst sorting out some very tight areas. I need to stretch more!
