Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Cryotherapy Centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease straight away. After my session I felt refreshed, energised, and noticed a real boost in recovery. Great session! Isaac is super professional, will talk through and make sure the pressure isn't painful, and explain as he went. He made sure to take the time to know my needs and where I needed the most attention, he listened and was attuned to all non verbal queues of pain or discomfort and adjusted accordingly, kept me informed of why certain parts hurt more than others and showed me exercises before I left for continuous improvement. Would definitely recommend!

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

The Best massage good customer service

I went to Bal too after picking up some marathon training niggles, and he was amazing! He diagnosed the issue, explained it all in simple terms, and provided great treatment. Bal was friendly, honest, and gave me exercises to keep things in check after my appointment. If you need a top-notch sports masseuse I’d highly recommend!

The massage was great and lovely. Staff was friendly as well. Would come back again if we ever have free time.

Valentina was fantastic. Professional, understanding and informative. Highly recommend! She read my consultation form in detail ahead of the session and discussed my body clearly and concisely with me before, during and after the massage. As well as relieving some back pain for me, Valentina also gave me a variety of pointers to go out and use in day to day life including exercises, approaches to form and things to remember which all came from a place of someone who gave the impression they genuinely cared about me and my body and the problems I've been having. 10/10 :)

Bali was great informative and the session was great and thorough, relieved a lot of issues I had and was honest about not needing more sessions if I do exercises at home which I liked the honesty
