My first time visiting with the Bodhifit Studio, one of the members (I forgot to ask her name) was very friendly and professional. I did post op Lymphatic massage today, it was amazing, very relaxing and she was very gentle around the were surgery area. It doesn't pain as all; look forward to the next appointment. :) will see you next week. Thank you very much.

Was unsure of how the experience would unfold and I chose to immerse myself four times over half an hour with small intervals in between, straight after a muscle strengthening workout. As it was my first time, I wasn’t sure if it was the correct technique or not or whether it’s beneficial straight after a workout but what I do know is I felt a sense of cold under the skin for 24 hours afterwards and although I did the cold immersion at 5 degrees in the morning I couldn’t sleep until 3am as I was too stimulated throughout the day. My appetite had also diminished so something was happening.

The experience was good and I will go again. There was some dirt, bugs and other floaties from the trees in the tub water. While nothing major it did make me question the cleanliness of the tubs and attention to detail. It would have been nice to be provided with a robe and slippers (as advertised), just to make the experience feel more relaxing. The service was polite and friendly.
