I was given a warm welcome by Ellie, we discussed my troublesome areas, after which Ellie worked her ‘massage magic’. Sadly the hour of massage flew by but I can definitely feel a difference. This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. Absolutely the best massage ever. Perfect in everyway. An Attentive practitioner with a wealth of therapeutic skills who has created a space totally fit for purpose. Came away relaxed with a deep warmth and good feelings. I have a lot of chronic health issues and MSK pain and Elinoah has melted some of it. Within 10 mins I knew I'd found my go to person for when I feel achey or in need of holistic body and mind pamper. I've booked back in and my minds made up and body says I will return again and again.
