I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I've had the Indian Head Massage and Reiki and would definitely recommend Sam and her Sage Therapy services. Thank you! X

Sam is just the most magical gift anyone can ask for. Some people just come into your life at the right time, and Sam is one of those. Time with her heals the body and soul. She will make you feel incredible whatever treatment you have. The facial massage will have you feeling ten years younger. If you haven’t tried Sam yet, what are you waiting for. You will not be disappointed.

I had a full body swedish massage and loved it. Little touches like the heated oil, and the heated massage bench made this location stand out from other massage venues I've been to. Sam's massage was great, as were her comments at the end of the session (about where I hold tension in my body etc). I am booking again now! Excellent
