Had a sports massage with Ben for ongoing back issues and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Liam was great. He made me feel very welcome and work on both my legs especially the right calf as I’ve been having a lot of trouble with it. He also showed me how to stretch to prevent these muscle injuries….highly recommend.

I had my first dry cup session with Ben yesterday to help with my hamstring tightness and today I can already feel the benefit. My leg doesn’t feel as restricted, tight, and is far more equal to my other leg. Hasn’t been like that in ages. Fingers crossed the results just get even better over the next few days
