Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.

I had initially booked in for a sports massage on my back. This was following a previous injury that wasnt recovering as quickly as I would have liked. Having spoke to Ben during the massage, it was clear he has great knowledge to assist in my further recovery and return to full exercise. I will be booking in for further sessions to progress my rehab with that goal in mind. Recommended for any injured runners/athletes in the local area. The sports massage was top notch too.

Although I play sports, most of my aches and injuries come from my manual job. I had my first dry cup session with Ben yesterday to help with my hamstring tightness and today I can already feel the benefit. My leg doesn’t feel as restricted, tight, and is far more equal to my other leg. Hasn’t been like that in ages. Fingers crossed the results just get even better over the next few days
