Paula is absolutely fantastic! I am naturally quite dark and routinely get blonde highlights and toner and Paula does my hair perfectly every single time. I am incredibly picky and have visited numerous salons across london including in Mayfair in search of a stylist that could achieve the blonde I wanted and feel so lucky to have found Paula. After a number of botched highlights jobs, Paula was also able to get me to where I wanted to be and did so while keeping my hair healthy. Thank you so much, Paula!

I've been having my hair cut and coloured by Sam for over 5 years, he's the curly cut master! I used to go to much more expensive places but Sam is the best hairdresser i've been to in London. The salon has a really relaxed atmosphere, great value and all the staff are super friendly.

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

Comfortable environment, friendly staffs, professional haircut and styling services. I'm from Hong Kong and It's my first haircut in London. Before I'm a bit worried Asian hairstyle is a bit tricky for barbers here to handle, but Charlie had nailed it and I'm super happy with it.

Latoya my stylist and owner is now like family. She knows my hair journey, what I like and I have left London now and will not go to anyone else. Well worth my 3 hour round trip to the salon. Absolute miracle worker! Where has she been all my life? Haha. But.. no, seriously ? I’ve been looking for an all in one colourist and stylist in a private setting in London for a while now. Kay is kind, empathic, a great listener, funny.. and a genius with colour correction and cut. A true artists on so many levels! Really transformed me within a few hours and “bless her “ .. it was a lot of work/time on her behalf! I’ve seen some of the top “so called “ hair colourists and stylists in NY, LA, and London.. and I have to say that I think she’s the best I’ve experienced. Be back soon 💜🙌

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Excellent and beautiful hair salon with professional expertise! POP has the friendliest and most welcoming atmosphere out of any salon in London. Poppy cut my hair brilliantly and I am very happy. This will be my regular hair salon going forwards.

Juh is amazing. He knows how to cut your hair and style it that matches you as a person and he cares! I am very picky about my hair and knew immediately that I could trust Juh with it (which is very hard to find!).
